Tasting note: Straw yellow, aromas of honey, ripe fruits, peach and pear, aromatic with sweetness accompanied by moderate freshness made more incisive by effervescence.

Food Pairing: Serve cold: 6-8c, excellent as aperitif or for dessert. Excellent pairing with Asian cuisine.
