Background: Created in 1964, Maison Pierre GRUBER has been the cornerstone of Domaine Jean-Luc & Paul Aegerter’s Burgundian activities since 1988.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting note: A notably different aromatic profile is present with its array of underbrush, pungent earth, game and wild red and dark currant. There is once again good richness and better along with solid verve and a touch of minerality on the mildly austere finale that offers enough depth and persistence to be interesting.

Food Pairing: Goes well with most poultry.
