Background: Created in 1964, Maison Pierre GRUBER has been the cornerstone of Domaine Jean-Luc & Paul Aegerter’s Burgundian activities since 1988.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting note: The Mercurey has red fruits fragrances (cherry, raspberry) with a very intense ruby colour and crimson nuance. In the mouth, the Mercurey has a great flesh with silky tannins, the wine is mellow.

Food Pairing: Craft pork meat products but also a piece of beef cooked with morels.
