Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Tasting note: A dazzling, bright scarlet robe that presages aromas of black fruit (blackcurrant and blackberry), red fruit (cherry and redcurrant), humus and undergrowth. And with age, truffle, leather and spices. Young, this wine offers the palate the crisp charm of fresh grapes. Firm, frank and sappy, it then develops to show itself to be very well structured and generous.

Food Pairing: match marvelously with poultry, and a few years later it shall be perfect with larger game like deer.
