Tasting Note:
Sustained and brilliant color, ruby red. A first nose, offers us a basket of red fruits, blackcurrant, cherry, elderberry, followed by notes of garrigue mixed with thyme and rosemary. Taking in on the palate astonishes with its slightly minty freshness and its vitality. Gluttony quickly takes over an the flavor of red fruits already present on the nose as well as the sweetness of chocolate and cinnamon. The finish confirms these first impressions, leaving in the mouth a beautiful acidity which gives this wine energy and length.

Grape: 55% grenache, 15% cinsault, 15% syrah, 15% mourvèdre
