The Saint Tamás vineyard has always been a first class parcel of Tokaj, just like the wines that come from there. The Furmint 2016 is a special piece, the most serious dry wine from the area.
Tasting Note:
The first sensation is fruits on the nose with a touch of pollen and delicious peach on the palate. It has a serious structure, layered with subtle oak. The vintage is ripe in acids with moderate alcohol.

Food Pairing: It goes very well with mussels, sea fish and complex creamy dishes.
