風味: IKU'S is a sake that pursues a new balance of sugar and acid, aiming to make it a drink that everyone can enjoy. In order to achieve both low alcohol content and moderate acidity, we use luxuriously polished high-quality sake rice and rice koji to bring out the sweetness of the rice through saccharification. It is then fermented slowly at low temperatures to create sake with the sweetness of rice, refreshing acidity and gorgeous aroma.
