Background: The Bernard Magrez signature guarantees the full support and backing of a master vintner, who for the last forty years has poured his energy into improving his wines. Winemaking: Soil type: Stony alluvium from the Quaternary period; High and medium terraces deposited by the Rhône and Isère, gravel surmounted by an altered fringe of brown tint, variable water reserve.

Grapes: 100% Syrah

Tasting note: Intense color, complex nose of red fruits, very round wines with substance and a structured finish.

Vinification: Fermentation with native yeast. Traditional vinification (pumping over and some punching down) then maceration on marc for more than a week and hot barreling of the wines in barrels for malolactic fermentation. Aged for one year 100% in barrels.
