The Fuji Sanroku which means "at the foot of Mount Fuji", is a great 18 year old single malt producted in Fuji Gotemba distillery was founded in 1972 by Kirin Seagram Ltd. Very surprising for the richness and depth of its fruity and woody aromas, Fuji Sanroku is a whisky to be savored rather as a digestive. Its creamy texture will appeal to most demanding lovers of single malt and people willing to learn a new traditional know-how from Japan.

The distillery is producing a majority of grain whisky and a small quantity of malt whisky entering in the composition of the Kirin blended whiskies. The Fuji Sanroku 18 year old is the only one single malt bottled as such by Kirin, which makes this single malt more rare and valuable.
