Distilled in 2000, this Springbank has aged 18 years in sherry butt casks before being bottled in the The Clans series. This independent German bottler owes its name to the famous gourmet restaurant Sansibar, located on Sylt Island, for which he reserved exclusively his bottlings of Scottish whiskeys and Caribbean rums.
