Background: The Elements Series from Tel Aviv's Milk & Honey Distillery is a range ofsingle malt whiskies exploring the variety of flavours that different types ofcasks can impart. This particular expression was drawn from a combination ofbourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in a whiskybrimming with spiced fruit and chocolate notes. Tasting Note: Nose: Orange peel, stem ginger, and a scoop of plumpripe fruit.

Palate: Softly honeyed, with moresultana and raisin. Chocolatey coffee notes develop later on, with a hint ofcherry juice.

Finish: Dark chocolatemousse, cedar, and cinnamon.
